Device for burning out of the kiln gases from melting in shaft furnaces

The method for the burnout of Carbon Dioxide that is produced in shaft melting ovens when primary energy sources are burnt involves the shaft melting oven having a fuel combustion mixer with an air ratio which is high built on the outside of it. The roof of the appliance has a charging opening so that one may blast the mixture in to the combustion chamber for it to be ignited. The fuel combustion mixer may take gases from the oven and mix them with other possible fuel sources such as natural gas and oil. This mixture may then be combined with air or oxygen and subsequently burned.
