The unit comprises a flame-sterilizable double cannula consisting of metal outer (2) and inner (3) cannulas serving respectively for transport of the liquid and for exchanging the liquid against air. The cannulas (2, 3) have inclined and sharp piercing ends (4, 5). The inner cannula extends beyond the ends (4, 6) of the outer cannula. The end (6) of the outer cannular leads into a collector chamber (7) provided with integral connections (8, 9) for conducting away the liquid. The collector chamber is provided with a hydrophobic ventilation filter (11) capable of preventing entry of micro organisms.
