The pump has 2 relatively rotatable support rings (5) attached to axially spaced eccentric sections (2,3) of a pump shaft (4), each having at least 3 equi-angularly spaced planar support surfaces (6) for piston shoes (7) attached to radial pistons (9), supported by bearing sleeves (10) within identical pump housings (14,15), spaced from the pump shaft via roller bearings (11,12,13). The fluid spacings of the pump housings communicate with one another, each pump housing having a circular length section (16) and a stepped length section (17) providing a support function.
