The bearing (1) connects one-part bridge supporting framework (3) with their counter supports (6) and to connect adjacent bridge supporting frameworks together and to a substructure. The end cross-sections of the supporting frameworks are connected to the counter supports at the height of their centroidal axis (6) by longitudinal flexible steel constructions. Horizontal, longitudinal forces between the bridge supporting framework and the counter supports are transmitted elastically through the flexible steel constructions. The height and direction of the stress or the speed of stress variations from the flexible steel constructions only guide very small longitudinal spring resistances with the take up of the temperature-dependent dilatation of the bridge. The strain of larger loading speeds, e.g. a braking train, or changes in direction of strain guide very large longitudinal spring resistances, which are distinctively larger than for the small speed conducting dilatation movements of the bridge. An Independent claim is included for a horizontal force bearing system.
