A telecommunications installation for automated playing of acoustic signals into telephone networks, includes a device for reproducing acoustic signals, at least one interface (5) for connection to a telephone network (1), and a device (4) for controlling the acoustic signals reproduction device (6) in dependence on preselected operating states on the part of the telephone network, so that acoustic signals via the interface (5) can be played at the same time, into at least two terminal connections of the telephone network and on the part of the telephone network terminals are available to indicate the operating states.
