Transmission for a motor vehicle drive comprises an oil supply which supplies a lubricating device under low pressure and a switch element (9) under high pressure. Hydraulic constructional elements are connected to hydraulic lines (3, 5) introducing the low and high pressure. A transmission oil pump (1) conveys a constant high pressure volume flow and the low pressure volume flow (16) is produced in a pressure-volume flow converter (10) consisting of a combination of a part (13) acting as a hydraulic motor and a part (12) acting as a hydraulic pump. Preferred Features: The hydraulic lines are connected to a common feed (2) which leads away from the transmission oil pump. The hydraulic line (3) leads to a switching valve (8) and the hydraulic line (4) leads to the converter.
