An arrangement prevents most of the air breathed out from being discharged via the inlet (21) and directs the breathed-out air via the outlet (18). A first excess pressure at the inlet in relation to the ambient pressure determines a second excess pressure between the breathing-opening (22) and the environment. The arrangement consists of a movable valve body (3) and a first opening (12) to an overflow duct (11) which connects the inlet to the breathing opening. A second opening (16) to an outlet (18) is connected to a discharge duct (17).
