Rheology modifiers (I) containing urea derivative(s) (II) obtained by reacting (A) at least one polyisocyanate with (B) at least one polyamine with primary and/or secondary amino groups and at least one primary and/or secondary monoamine and/or water. An Independent claim is also included for a method for the production of (I) by reacting (A) with (B) in an organic medium.
