Production machine on parallel kinetic principle corrects platform tripod rod position errors by piezoactuators built into respective rods for on-line control.
One of more of the rods (S1-S6) contains a linear actuator moving co-planarly with the rod. The actuator is of the piezo type and is fed with an ideal value corresponding to the tool (WZ) position for static correction of the respective rod length. The actuator is also supplied with a second ideal value equal to the tool speed, in this case for the dynamic correction of the rod length. A third value fed to the actuator relates to the load on the tool (WZ), here for the rod length correction in terms of load. All actuators together control all possible freedoms of movement.
