Drive dynamic regulation system for motor vehicle has computer configured to derive reduction in rear wheel braking pressures from horizontal alignment sensor signals in model
Drive dynamic regulation system for motor vehicle has computer configured to derive reduction in rear wheel braking pressures from horizontal alignment sensor signals in model
The system has a computer with a braking system mathematical model used when initiating a braking intervention to determine parameters representing braking pressure for individual wheel brakes depending on detected parameters, actuators for setting braking pressures and sensors for detecting horizontal vehicle alignment. The computer is configured to derive a reduction in rear wheel braking pressures from the sensor signals in the model. The system has an electronic computer (14) with a mathematical model of the vehicle braking system, using which when initiating a braking intervention parameters representing braking pressure for the individual wheel brakes are determined depending on parameters detected on the vehicle, actuators (11) for setting braking pressures and sensors (15,16) for detecting the horizontal alignment of the vehicle. The computer is configured to derive a reduction in rear wheel (3) braking pressures from the sensor signals in the model. AN Independent claim is also included for a commercial vehicle with a braking system with mechanical pressure reduction and an inventive system.
