A nucleic acid molecule (N1), comprising one or more genes from the Stigmatella species selected from stiA, stiB, stiC, stiD, stiE, stiF, stiG, stiH, stiJ stiK and stiL, is new. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a nucleic acid molecule comprising nucleic acid complementary to N1 or having at least 70% homology to N1; and (2) a nucleic acid molecule comprising one or more domains which encode an enzymatic protein of the claimed nucleic acids.
