A circuit arrangement for soft-switching bridge-type converters has the connecting conductor joining the first terminal of a first diode to the first terminal of a second diode connected to the first winding terminal of the first discrete inductance. The second terminal of the first diode is connected into the circuit so that the first diode lies in a first current circuit with the first electronic power switch and the first discrete inductance, and the second terminal of the second diode is connected in the circuit so that the second diode lies with the second electronic power switch and the first discrete inductance in the second current circuit.
