The top and bottom flaps (1, 2) are each connected fixedly to a swivel shaft (3) which is fitted with a chain wheel. The ends of a chain guided over the chain wheel are connected to the piston rods of two hydraulically operated traction cylinders. Each cylinder can be connected by a hydraulic line and control valve to a hydraulic pressure source or pressurised medium supply tank.
