The cosmetic method for removing hard skin patches and cuticles involves application of foot or hand lotions to the chosen skin areas by means of thin cotton wool layers impregnated with skin softening agents. The softening effect of such agents is accelerated by covering the cotton wool layers with a plastic foil provided with adhesive and sealing means.
