Method for development of technical components, especially software components, in which by means of a software development tool a model for simulation of the properties of a technical component is generated. The tool also provides an interface for accessing information relative to the model and its simulation elements. According to the method documentation and specification information are combined. The invention also relates to a corresponding device for development of technical software components.
