The mixing station (10), for the production of mixed alcoholic beverages which includes citrus fruit juice, has a fruit cutter (12) with a cutting head (16) followed by a sugar dosing unit (13) and a fruit press (14) as separate sections of the station. Each unit is operated by a lever (18) in the same direction, against the pressure of a spring. The units are over a vessel to catch the juice. The cutting head has blades in a star formation, with a hollow center to take the fruit core.
