The hand beater/mixer has a base plate disk (5) at the end of a shaft (1), with a recess (7). A vertical cylinder (4) is fixed centrally at the base plate, firmly around the shaft. A plate disk (2) is at the other end of the cylinder of the same dimensions, with a drilling to take the shaft diameter, and with equidistant small drillings (3) around the peripheral edge. The moving beaters (6) are between the disks.
