A printed circuit board (18) in a casing (16) fits together with an electrically conductive layer (38) and links to devices (20, 22) for transmitting/receiving mobile radiotelephone signals. The electrically conductive layer interacts with these devices in a transmitting/receiving mode to generate a field of scattered electromagnetic rays and has an area with reduced electrical conducting power. An Independent claim is included for a printed circuit board for a mobile radio terminal device.
