Ultrasonic probe has an ultrasonic head (K), which is mounted in a shaft (S) so that it can be moved within the shaft or moved with the shaft, and a positioning device. The positioning device has an aspiration guide (F) with one or more slit shaped lumen for carrying an examination or operating device. The lumen has a deflection device (AV) at a fixed angle relative to the shaft axis and can be moved within a fixed path parallel to the shaft axis (S). The ultrasonic probe has an image generating system for representation of an ultrasound image of the area around the examination or operating device.
