With the actuator (21,22) off, the control valve (4,5) adopts the first switching position (4b,4c; 5b,5c) but is switched into the blocking position (4a,5a) in response to the operated actuator and then to a second switching position, under spring load in this case. The actuator (21,22) is designed as a pressure reduction valve, contolled by a proportional magnet (21b,22b). Valve (4) operates simple lift and lower functions, adopting the lifting position with the actuator off only to enter the blocking position in direct response to the actuator. A load-holding valve (31) operates as a function of actuator pressure.
