Method for controlled loading of internet data by means of communication between client and server, whereby the client requests a web page from a server with the requested page containing both server and client program code, the server transmits at least the client code and the client, after receipt of the code, executes it and transmits loading commands back to the server. The server then executes its server code and commands received from the client. The invention also relates to a corresponding program product, client and server arrangement.
