A switching transistor (T1) links in series to a primary winding (WP) for a transformer (TR). A secondary attenuating network (DN) links to a second secondary winding (W2) for transferring power for the DN onto a charging capacitor (C3) coupled to the W2. A diode (D2) for a series connection parallel to a rectifier diode (D1) for a first secondary winding (W1) does not link to a charging capacitor (C1) for the W1 but to the C3.
