An adjustable drive arm (6) provided between the transmission link (8) and actuator (3) is joined to this link and contains at least one guide groove for receiving a journal on the actuator or a part (5) connected to the actuator. In the locked position, the journal is in a position in the groove where it prevents movement of the drive arm. Activating the actuator causes the journal to be moved out of the locking position. The locking device (1) has at least one locking hook (2) which can be engaged with a cavity in order to secure the non-fixed roof to a windscreen frame. A transmission link operated by an actuator is used to move the locking hook between a locking and a released position.
