The hole in the roof plate (1) through which the vent pipe (2) is passed is formed by a dome (4) and is associated with first and second bearing elements and covered by a hood (7). The second bearing element (II) on the vent pipe side is formed by a bridging member (B) . The two bearing elements interact so that the vent can swivel relative to the dome. The wide faces of the frame arms forming the bridging members ber flat against the flat wall sections of the dome.
