It has been found that on addition of one or more products from the optionally substituted fatty acid amide group to grinding agent mixtures grinding compositions are obtained which the grinding efficiency after many months storage under moist air conditions is decreased by no more than a mere 4% and in which, surprisingly, there is no loss of the initial high strength value. A process for preparation of a grinding agent and from grinding agent mixtures and optionally fabric fillers (sic) where the grinding agent mixtures consist of previously used grinding grains, fillers, and additives, and a duroplastic binder. Independent claims are also included for: (1) A powder resin mixture obtained by melting of a duroplastic resin with addition of optionally substituted fatty acid amide (FAA) and powdering of the solidified me (2) a powder resin mixture in which the duroplastic is novolak resin and optionally substituted fatty acid amide is added in amount 0.5-15 wt.% on the novolak resin; and (3) a binder mixture containing a powder resin mixture, curing agent for the duroplastic resin, and optionally fillers and additives.
