The motor is contained in a housing (12). The grinding disc (16) is held in a holder (14) by means of clamps (20,23) in the form of levers with swivel axle (24) mounted on the side of the grinding disc holder side. At one end of the levers are clamping jaws (22) clamping the grinding disc, while the other end is preferably manually operated. One of the grinding disc ends (19) is clamped between two clamps, while the other end is clamped by second clamps (34) in the form of swivel pincers.
