Substances dissolved or suspended in homogeneous organic phase are precipitated by vaporizing the organic phase at at least2 stages using indirect heating and a water additive corresponding to a miscibility gap of respective stage. The stages are fed in parallel to emulsify the solids or viscous concentrates arising in water.
