Spanner includes spanner head (2) having supporting element (20) used to support assembling element (5) such as nut, bolt, etc., ribbon (3) and tensioning system (4). Ribbon is placed around supporting element and bolt, and is used to support them against each other. Ribbon has one end (31) attached to spanner head, and other end (32) placed through tensioning system. Tensioning system consists of mobile cam (45) rotating around axis (46) mounted on prominent section (11') on handle (1). Movement of rotation is therefore applied to assembling element by direct mechanical link between spanner and assembling element.
