A plastic body no wider than the extent of a ferrite core (2) for wrapping round it together with a coiled wire supports metal contacts anchored on its widened ends in order to mount the surface of a miniature inductive resistor. Bonding connects the ends of the coiled wire. In a planar surface metal contacts lying flat on the widened ends stretch over these ends in an axial direction to form a protruding area (7).
