Automatic and dynamic process for identifying key words in text that can be used in a search process

The automatic process allows key words , eg names, locations, money amounts, numbers to be selected from text. The words are used to identify characteristics in an iterative process. The characteristics are then used in a document search processes. New text can be added and the process updated.
