The video conference participants (12a-b) are each in two-way communication with a router (2) connected to a server (18). It sends signals to a forwarder (14) for video signals, connected to clients (4a-b). The clients are connected to video cards (8a-b) and audio cards (9a-b). There are further connections to a circuit for assembling several reduced size pictures in a common frame (6), and an audio mixer (7). These circuits are connected to transmitters (16a-b) in turn connected to the router.
