The test and training device consists of a base platform (1), an outer universal joint (2) with an integrated tilt-drive unit (3), an inner universal joint (4), a rotation platform (5) with a rotary drive unit (6) and a man-machine coupling unit (7). The base platform is connected to the outer universal joint at its end protruding from the platform so that the static stability of the whole training device is guaranteed when used by a subject.
