The keyboard drawer has a computer keyboard (23), a computer mouse (24) and a mousepad (40) contained in a drawer insert (30) supported via telescopc rails (14,15) within a U-shaped frame (10), the rear wall (25) of the drawer insert having plug-in connections (21,22) for the keyboard and the mouse. The mousepad is pivoted for movement between a stowed position, in which it fits over the keyboard and the mouse storage location and a working position, in which it lies on the outside of the keyboard drawer at the side or at the front.
