Pharmaceutical compositions comprising N,N'-disubstituted piperazine derivatives (I) are new. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising N,N'-disubstituted piperazine derivatives of formula (I), in the form of diastereomers, enantiomers or their mixtures (including racemates) and free bases, salts or solvates, optionally together with auxiliaries, are new. R1, R2 = linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic residue; R1+R2 = (CH2)n; n = integer; R3, R5 = linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic residue, saturated or unsaturated cycloaliphatic residue, aryl or heteroaryl (the ring systems are optionally substituted and optionally bonded via a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic bridge, the aryl or heteroaryl residues optionally being part of a polycyclic system); and R4 = H; or aryl or heteroaryl (both optionally substituted and optionally forming part of a polycyclic system).
