An intermediate ring (1) of hard rubber or similar, and is connected to a plate via two fastener rings and spokes. The plate is fastened via wheel mounting bolts (8) between the rims (11) of the twin tire (2a,b). The fastener rings are detachable for replacement of the intermediate ring. The fastener rings have high inherent stability.
