Method for teaching the operation of a data terminal device and or for entertaining the terminal user, whereby at least two transducers for output of audible information are connected to the terminal as well as a sensor for measuring the alignment of the user's head and or a sensor for measuring the alignment of the terminal. According to the method the output of audible information is adjusted in response to movement of the user's head and or the terminal itself. Independent claims are made for a data terminal device that can be used in a game for teaching its operation or for entertaining a user and for a training or entertainment game. During the game different noises or audible information is output according to the head position, with the noise output controlled using binaural technology that controls the apparent virtual origin of a sound.
