Flat structural metal panel has outer surface with anticorrosion and reflective coating (A) and reflective coating (B), and inner surface with anticorrosion coating (C) and coating (D). Flat structural metal panel has outer surface with anticorrosion and reflective coating (A) and reflective coating (B), where on average, (A) reflects 60 % 320-1200 nm sunlight, (B) reflects less than 60 % 400-700 nm visible light and over 60 % 700-1200 nm near infrared (IR); and inner surface with anticorrosion coating (C) and coating (D) with low emission of thermal IR of 5-25 microm and degree of emission less than 0.75.
