An open profile paving block has an outer shape with multiple angles and with one inner angle. Of the three apertures the third aperture is up to 30 percent larger than the first aperture. The apertures are separated by cross bars and follow the outer contour. The outer profile has inner and outer angles to provide a strong load carrying capability and to lock into a paved area.
