The barrow has a curved hand grip (20), which is fastened to upper ends of inner tubes (31) of telescopic holder bars (30), and is extended upwards and to the back. A lower fastener frame (50) has two lower hollow chambers (53), and a foot bar (80), fastened to be pivoted relative to the frame. A release element with peg and nut is fastened to a carrier plate (60) and secured against unintentional release. Both wheel carriers (70) have semi-circular seats on their axles. The foot bar has two projecting arms connected to the hollow chambers and the seats. When the foot bar is pushed down, the barrow is tilted backwards and carrier bar with load are raised.
