The connection plate for a belt system on a child's car seat has a baseplate (2), with a first connection point (4) for a first belt, and at least one fastening element rotatable around a pivot point (8) parallel to the baseplate for the connection of a second belt. A second fastening element (6) for the connection of a third belt is rotatable around a pivot point parallel to the baseplate. The first and second fastening element may be rotatable around a common pivot point with regard to the baseplate. An Independent claim is included for a belt system for a child's car seat equipped with the proposed connection plate.
