The collecting bag (1) for especially degradable waste is in an arrangement whereby the manual removal of a filled bag is followed by the moving up of an empty bag (4) into the filling position. The bags are interconnected but easily separated from one another. The bags for filling are held in the filling position by two guides (2). The bag itself is degradable and provided with a substance conducive to degrading which is activated by moisture action. Independent claims are included for a flow passage for the filling bag and fitted to the grass ejector mouth of a lawn mower, and for a mounting so that the bag can be suspended on the push handle of a lawn mower.
