An Independent claim is also included for a horizontal sliding panel (150) containing the above fixing unit. Preferred Features: A base profile (70) is fixed to a concrete ceiling (60) and a connecting profile (80) is mounted on the fixing/guide rail profile. The base profile is connected to the connecting profile via one or more spring elements. The base profile is made of steel or aluminum. The threaded bolt and spring are made of steel.
