A car speech intercom system has microphones sited to avoid feedback connected through separate channels to headphone, car radio or seat loudspeakers for the other occupants with provision for disconnection of the speaker's loudspeaker and suppression of the radio broadcast. Includes an Independent claim for suppression of feedback using electronic circuits.
