The device is assembled of a flexible shaft and a drill head (11) to be inserted into the supply duct (1). The drill head (11) is fitted with a centering element (12) and a hole saw (13), both attached to a coupling (21) with their rear ends. The duct leading from the gas station or waterworks to the building is separated by a disk from the ducts (1) inside the house until the building is completed in order to avoid mud to enter the system. The combination of flexible shaft, accommodated inside a flexible protection cover, and specialized drill head (11) can be even used for being guided through a curved duct (1).
