Reflecting concrete contains cement as binder and has a surface treated by a cleaning process. An Independent claim is also included for a process for the production of reflecting concrete comprising: producing a crude concrete from additional materials, reflecting material, cement and concrete additives; compressing the crude concrete; and treating the surface using a cleaning process.
