The cogwheel cooperates with a ring with internal teeth to form a pivot. It is made up of an a central bush (12) and outer teeth (22) which are integral with an intermediate ring (18) and connected to it by ribs (24) with recesses (26) between. A reinforcing ring with corresponding lugs is fitted on to these.
