The turntable (6) with opening is placed on the ball-end pin (8) of the bottom part (11) and a hand spindle (1) is screwed to the pin. The turntable opening is larger in all dimensions than the spindle section so the turntable can be tipped. Between spindle knob and pin (10) is a compression spring (2), the spherical cap piece (3) and the turntable (6). The turntable is centrally recessed (7) in stepped section to take a wearproof ring (5) which thus stands between turntable (6) and ball-end pin (8). The handle can be turned down selectively to pre-tension the spring (2) and in so doing set up braking friction between ring (5) and pin (8) when the turntable (6) moves relative the pin.
