Process for measuring biological and/or chemical sample parameters using Raman spectroscopy comprises positioning one end of a first glass fiber (2) formed as a glass fiber tip coated with a metal on or in a sample (3) using a positioning unit (5), illuminating the sample with laser light (15) through the glass fiber using a laser (1), and focussing the scattered beam emitted from the sample using an optical system (7) and coupling in a second glass fiber (8). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Apparatus for measuring biological and/or chemical sample parameters; and (2) Optical coupling module for the apparatus.
