The interior building door has a standard cut out to receive different decorative inserts and having a profiled rail around it. The profiled rail (6.1) is stepped and the first step (7) lies on the cut out edge (8). The second step (9) grips onto the edge (10) of the infill panel (11) which has a peripheral groove (12) to receive a rib (13) on the second step face.
