Magnetically sensitive devices in the flux measurement devices are arranged in the peripheral direction so magnetic flux density is controlled depending on an output signal of each magnetically sensitive device. The device has a core (21L) of magnetic material, a stimulation coil (22L), an armature (23L), several magnetic flux measurement devices (24La, 24Lb) and a controller for controlling the coil current depending on the magnetic flux measurements to select a predefined coupling force.
